In these texts, A is the person whose Saturn is read and B the person whose Neptune receives it.
Neptune relates to dreams, the sublime and magical thinking. In its difficult expression it can bring confusion or distrust.
Facilitating contact
B helps A trust dreams that seemed hard to reach. A gives B a practical footing for making them real.
The saying “pray to God and keep on working” sums up this union of imagination and reality: trusting in an aspiration and, at the same time, taking care of what is needed to carry it forward.
Obstructing contact
A’s skepticism can paralyze B. A, in turn, distrusts what they consider groundless illusions.
They don’t always say so openly. The disagreement may stay inside each of them and gain more or less strength depending on the other factors of the relationship.
Aspects of Saturn
Saturn represents experience and limits. As a facilitating contact it brings stability; as an obstructing contact it may feel like restriction. Its contacts show most when the couple has to face difficulties or decide which risks to take.
