In these texts, A is the person whose Moon is read and B the person whose Saturn receives it.
Saturn represents limits, experience and moderation. It can also express restrictions or demands that feel out of proportion.
Facilitating contact
B helps A give their ideas a practical footing and organize their time better. B, for their part, finds room to unfold their own imagination and allow themselves to dream.
The combination can offer a balance between fantasy and reality. If other factors in the relationship support it, that exchange can be productive for both.
Obstructing contact
A may perceive B as a scolding figure who interrupts their dreams. B may see A as too fanciful, unrealistic or disorganized. What one lives as prudence, the other may receive as a constant limitation.
Aspects of the Moon
The Moon represents imagination and daydreaming. The person whose Moon takes part in an aspect may spend a lot of time thinking about their partner and about what happens between them, without the other ever coming to know that inner world.
These are impressions that are often not put into words. Even so, they influence how we see the other person and what we imagine the relationship could become. Within the system, the Moon is also linked to the way we manage time.
When studying these aspects, it helps to distinguish inventories 1 and 2. Some reactions come from learned family and cultural models. Others are interpreted here from the astrological configuration. Confusing the two levels can lead us to attribute a more complex experience to a single cause.
