In these texts, A is the person whose Moon is read and B the person whose Jupiter receives it.
Jupiter relates to joy, enthusiasm, confidence and recognition. Its expression can lift the spirits or heighten a perception of difficulty.
Facilitating contact
A perceives B as a pleasant, encouraging presence who helps them look beyond obstacles. B feels respected and recognized by A.
B’s generosity stimulates A’s imagination in a positive way. There may also be a sense that time goes further when they are together.
Obstructing contact
A may feel that, with B, everything seems harder. It is as if clouds of unclear origin appeared and the joy of the encounter faded.
In daily life, both may feel that time gets complicated and that they can’t manage to do everything they had planned.
Aspects of the Moon
The Moon represents imagination and daydreaming. The person whose Moon takes part in an aspect may spend a lot of time thinking about their partner and about what happens between them, without the other ever coming to know that inner world.
These are impressions that are often not put into words. Even so, they influence how we see the other person and what we imagine the relationship could become. Within the system, the Moon is also linked to the way we manage time.
When studying these aspects, it helps to distinguish inventories 1 and 2. Some reactions come from learned family and cultural models. Others are interpreted here from the astrological configuration. Confusing the two levels can lead us to attribute a more complex experience to a single cause.
